Today, I have used the same computer after 2-3 days and I run Prime95. I run for 3 minutes and then I stopped it.
Only temp was increased and my PC does not go black.
Strange?

Have you attempted to clean the processor and the socket yet?

When I build a new PC I will normally run Prime95 overnight - about 12 hours - to get a real good test and burn-in.

Yup a minimum of an 8 hour Prime run is needed for a good test. Watch temps and no BSOD.

If I may add a little.
When I do the original burn-in every thing is set to default, no over clocking.
This will give you a good base line on how things work. Store this information so it can be referenced later.

I have not cleaned anything.
I just opened my PC after 2-3 days.
I haven;t altered anything.

I have got my hands on Multi Meter and tested for Voltage.
On yellow it keeps at 12.42 most of the time and goes sometimes 12.43.
On red, it is stable 5.12.

So my PSU is good?
Did you run this test under a load? Could be the PS can't handle the full load.

You might run Prime95 to put more work on the PSU.

I send my CPU and mobo to RMA and I got it back.
I got new CPU and mobo fixed or whatever they have done.
And while rendering video, I still got black screen.
What should I do now?

That must be quite frustrating.

Reviewing what has been done to now is:
  • Testing power supply with a multimeter - result: good.
  • Testing the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tool - result: good
  • Testing the Video Card with Furmark - result: unknown
  • Testing other hard drives - result: unknown
  • Cleaning the CPU pins > result: total replacement instead
In Post #34 Archie gave you a few steps to take (uninstalling).
