Sometimes the hardware failure are very random, software based tests cannot catch them all the times.

One very common blackout issue is "display driver stopped responding and now recovered". In most of cases it is a bad GPU, but furmark cannot catch it.
Well, I used to have "display driver stopped responding and now recovered" 2-3 months back.
I have seen them few times. But it stopped later ( I do not know if I have updated my driver to fix it or not).

IF Furmark takes too much power, you do have a bad PSU. Furmark is not that intensive as is a game or video rendering, etc.

More reason to get the PSU checked.

A shop will be better, it should be checked under differing loads.

Agree with Britton as in reality correct volts does not necessarily mean correct current.

It is definitely a hardware failure, which I need to go to test.
I have installed windows on new drive and after that I run Prime, and go black screen even after installing chipset drivers. So it is something other than software and driver.
