    Error code-0x80004005

    Hi,

I bought a cheap USB bluetooth dongle ( Hype HY-981 Ultra-Slim Bluetooth Stereo Headphone ) to enable my PC to connect to my bluetooth devices and these headphones don't work. The computer discovers the headphones when I try to add a bluetooth devices and recognises them as headphones but when I go to add the device I get this error:
"Adding the device failed resulting in an unknown error. The reported error code is:0x80004005."
Can someone help me to solve this problem because I don't have any idea what to do to fix it.
Thanks in advance for any help !!!!

    Hi,
I took your advice and I checked a previous threads and I found out something which helped me.
Now my computer recognizes it and pair with my headphones and everything looks like OK but I cannot listen any sound using my headphones. It doesn't work. When I check in the "Playback Devices" bluetooth headphones are there but as a disconnected and when I press connect nothing happen.
