    yes it will work great except for the lightscribe, you should find some edited drivers for lightscribe through google.

    oh and you will need to download the realtek audio driver from www.realtek.com, audio will work without it but the built in mic will have many problems without it

    With your memory you'd want to get the 32 bit 7, not the 64 bit and if you're going to install over your Vista, then you should have the Vista installation disk and the product key so you're able to reinstall Vista if need be. It's better to dual boot if you don't have the Vista installation disk.

    O gr8 thnx for the reply guys .... its really helpful ... wat bout my NVIDIA Drivers .. ? wich is gonna be the latest ?

    and ya i m not gonna install windows 7 now ... im waitin to get it full version not beta or RC ...

    and also my ram may give lil bit prob regardin speed i think i suld get external RAM ...

    Yea it should Run smoothly... I once run Windows 7 on a eee pc, and i thought t would be laggy it was fine lol

    But yea it should work great

    O i thought Windows 7 needs more Memory then Vista ..... coz my Vista is lil bit slow in my current configuration

    and where do ya guys found WINDOWS 7 ? :-?
