strange Bluetooth issues with a Nexiq usb link

Hello, I hope I'm posting in the right spot...

I've recently got a Panasonic CF-C1 win7 pro 64bit. It had built in Bluetooth and when hooking upto my Nexiq USB link on J-1939 it won't lock/communicate on J-1708 it's just fine no issues faster than it used to be on my CF-30 which also had built in Bluetooth.... Only main difference between the two besides diff models is one ran win7 pro 32bit and the new one(C1) runs win7 pro 64bit.(processors are diff.. etc etc...)..but before buying an aftermarket Bluetooth set up I was just wondering if anyone had some input.....it hooks to everything else great...just that one issue which is a big one for me as about 80% of what I do every day is communicated on J-1939

Now it was using Toshiba Bluetooth stack and according to Nexiq they said Windows generic Is better....tried and now in worse shape....it pairs but won't communicate error 275 for not found in the software, device tester,etc....I'm at a loss and really don't want to buy an external unit as last time I did I broke a usb port and the adapter on a test drive....but I also just found out this evening that the Intel wireless set up didn't have latest driver either....
