USB Condenser Microphone not working

    USB Condenser Microphone not working


    Hello community,

    I have a huge problem. I got a CCU1 condenser usb microphone, and a new machine,I tried to plug it in he tries to install, but this error appears:






    I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1

    I've tested on my laptop with Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit and it worked, but not on my new desktop, please help me with this.

    Just reply if you need something I manage to get !

    Hi priince and welcome to Sevenforums!

    Please make sure you have the latest sound drivers and make sure you try the Microphone jack in the back of the PC.

    I'll make sure of that, it's not a jack is a USB.

    You can try removing the device completely, both physically from the PC and from Device manager.

    Then perform a clean boot and try to reinstall the Microphone
    How to perform a clean boot in Windows

    If that fails, Here is a link that may help you in troubleshooting.

    What device are you refering to?
