Cannot access files from tablet to PC

Whenever I plug in a USB connected from my tablet to my laptop, it doesn't show up on 'My Computer' making it impossible for me to access my files from my tablet. Even Autoplay doesn't show anything.

So then I went on 'Devices and Printers' while still plugged in, and looked at the properties of my tablet. It does not show a USB Internal Storage Device or any 'USB' stuff listed on the Device Functions list.

So what can I do to access files from my tablet to PC?

Sorry but the link didn't help. I know how to connect tablet to the pc using a USB. It worked tons of times until this problem happened.
