That is very interesting, I would shoot them an email asking to be sure but if it worked back then I don't know why they would change it. I wonder if someone screwed up the list, or if they did it because of the memory confusion (AM3+ must use the DDR3 slots on that board). I would think if you have the highest BIOS then you will be okay. You might want to jump to 8GB (2x 4GB) though to get the most out of it. What PSU do you have?

Yeah, it's odd. They seem to have removed all the CPUs with more than four cores from the list at some point.

And I sent them an inquiry. Would have done it earlier, but I had to crack open the tower to get my mobo serial -- they actually require that in the support contact form.

Yeah, I really wish it had four usable slots. Got it as a warranty replacement for a pure AM3 board, so, I guess I can't really complain.

Yeah power is adequate. I'm interested to see what they say, I wonder if the vrms don't handle it or something.

[WTA] Installing RAM on N68C-GS FX motherboard
I have this motherboard, and I intend to add 2GB of RAM. My question is, is it possible if I install on both slot, which is DDR2 and DDR3 and utilize the RAM installed from both slot? My PC currently runs AM3 CPU, so I guess it supports the utilization from both slots. Just need a clarification on...

cpubenchmarks.net says that the FX-6300 is better than the i5 3570k
I was just looking at random cpu's in cpubenchmarks.net and found something really interesting. The FX-6300 is 9 ranks and 301 points MORE than the 3570k. I thought that the FX-8350 was the AMD equivalent. Is it just me or is this actually true?...

ASRock A75 Pro4-M or Asrock B75 Pro3-M?
I used the A75 Pro4-M in my current build, but I'm building another for a friend. I'm not sure if I should go with the same board, or use the B75 Pro3-M this time. It's hard to find any reviews on either of these boards. I like the PCIE spacing on the A75 board, but I'd also like to try the...
