Usb headset access denied.

Hello,

I just got this new headset, and it dosnt work, when I try to update the driver software I get this message. Gyazo - 58a2990ae394ac964f336278dbe2d34c.png.

Nikne mate first up what is the headset brand can't do anything until we know that and probably why no one has picked up your query - so please make and model - thanks.
Plus some system specs would be more than helpful
System Info - See Your System Specs like many others mate these are often not filled in and again unless we know what they are working with said specs makes it very hard to suggest anything.
