usb ports on mobo dont work

Hey everyone, so I have searched, updated windows, Intel and gigabyte drivers, and the only thing that came of it is that 2 of my 6 usb ports on the mobo work now. The other 4 don't. They power my astro mixamp but don't produce sound, and when I turn on my pc with my mouse and keyboard in the ports they light up then go dead.

I've tried unplugging the power, updating drivers, etc. And I still have the caution marker on my usb drives and my Ethernet driver.

My pc case ports are fine, and as I said before two of the 6 work now thanks to the gigabyte install of the drivers. How do I get this fixed?

    Thanks everyone!

Could it be that the 4 usb ports that don't work are USB 3.0 and you need the USB 3.0 drivers?

On that link, there are 2 drivers:

    • VIA USB 3.0 Driver
    • Intel USB 3.0 Driver

Which one did you download, if you haven't already try the Intel USB 3.0 Driver?
