    the packard bell site also only showed 2gb sticks, strangely lve not seen any matched pairs being sold.

    that said lve seen 8gb allgedly compatible ram on Ebay, and one or two 4gb sticks saying they are compatible.

    Have a look in System Information .... If that does not work Open the Command Prompt ..

    Type the following or Paste it >>> wmic baseboard get product,Manufacturer,version,serialnumber

    l think there is only one version of the motherboard from what lve seen but l couldnt rely on google/ebay as proof because l couldnt find any others
