DELL LATITUDE E6410 Windows7 Professional 64 Bit Bluetooth peripheral

    DELL LATITUDE E6410 Windows7 Professional 64 Bit Bluetooth peripheral


    I have windows 7 professional 64 bit operating system and trying to connect samsung galaxy s4 . It connects but had exclamation mark and while troubleshooting it tells me that Bluetooth peripheral driver missing

    Samsung Galaxy S 4
    Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit
    Dell Latitude E6410

    Please help.

    Have you Downloaded any Software for your Phone ? ...

    Yes. When connected using bluetooth initially it tries to download /update driver and it completes except for peripheral. Have spent hours but nothing working It remains as require troubleshooting.

    I tried on other computer LENOVO with Windows 7 Operating system and same thing.

    Please advise.

    no longer available I guess. My son tried but told me that it is not available. May I get details if possible.

    I have downloaded on desktop but it does not allow you to connect using bluetooth. Yes it works with cable.

    It seems that I am confusing you. I have Kies 3 on desktop and I can use with cable but I do not want to use cable and instead interested in using blue tooth and that is where I have issue.

    See if the Dell Website has an Update for your Bluetooth ..

    I have updated bluetooth driver however it just complaints about the Bluetooth peripheral and though Samsung S4 recognized it does not connect... remains in troubleshooting.. when troubleshooted it complains about the driver

    You would Imagine that all Bluetooth Devices are compatible ...

    That is not always the case though ...
