Boot from CD when Win7 can't see keyboard 'til after bootup?

F12 & DEL etc aren't responding. Damn thing keeps throwing up Win 7. Maybe as keyboard is USB flash wireless connection not recognised at motherboard startup point???

How do I tell PC to load CD at boot?

It's very possible the BIOS is not seeing the keyboard but Windows can load drivers for it and work. Usually a setting in the BIOS for Legacy USB has to be Enabled but may need a PS/2 keyboard plugged in to do it.
