    Device driver problem


    MpKsl1cc84353 ROOT\LEGACY_MPKSL1CC84353\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
    TuneUpUtilitiesDrv ROOT\LEGACY_TUNEUPUTILITIESDRV\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
    USB2.0 Camera USB\VID_1E4E&PID_0102\5&1CC9645A&0&3 The drivers for this device are not installed.

    The first is an outdated driver for MSE
    The second relates to TuneUp Utilities
    Both can safely be deleted/uninstalled from Device Manager

    The last one, you need to install drivers for your USB WebCam - what make and model is it?

    I THINK your webcam might be a SNAPPY smart webcam. SPEEDLINK / Products

    I haven't had time to try and check the driver file.. .but does the picture look right? If so, create a system restore point and try installing the setup file for the webcam download
