Keep getting two event errors due to ready boost

Hi everybody , Readyboost is constantly filling up my event viewer because of the following two errors (see below) anything i can do to eliminate them.

Thanks Maxie but i thought it was turned off , this Intel toolbox doesn't seem to think it is even available.
