Keyboard problem with Toshiba Satellite C855 laptop

    Hello, I am delighted to tell you that my keyboard problem is resolved.
    I have no idea how but suspect that the repair is linked to the uninstall
    and re-install of the Value Added Package, something I never knew existed.
    My sincere thanks for all the assistance provided and your patience.
