Motherboard delivered with bent pins
As title says i have emailed the company Scan Computers.... I have never had a motherboard delivered with bent pins as well as the whole bent pins policy i'm worried i will be blamed...

Did you take pictures? Which pins were bent? Was the motherboard box damaged when you got it?

I feel the company are blaming me tbh. I contacted them within 21 mins of getting the mobo to tell them of the prob

Wow, that's a tuff spot to be in. Be firm and sincere when you deal with them, I'm sure there are plenty of people that try to scam them so they will naturally be skeptical of your claim. Wish you the best of luck.

All I can say is how it is. I open the packaging and checked the socket and there was bent pins.... I reported the damage within 48hrs 1hr in fact ... No cpu was installed... I have also taken a vid of the whole board including pins serial everything...

Not all sockets use the old style pins. You might want to search for images of your socket just to be sure.
No damage to the box sure suggests it was not the shipping company.
