After start pc is beeping all the time

Hello people, I buy new case for my parts, and after mounting them into the case I start the pc and it starts beeping all the time. But, then I got my BIOS, and Windows was starting.
After that I turn it off, and checked the ram, cpu fan, hdd etc... and now the pc just beeps and got no signal on my tv...

You are getting a beep code. The code actually tells you the problem, which is hardware. The specific problem can be determined by the beep; 3 short beeps, 3 long beeps, long and short. Determine what the code is saying then look it up or we will be glad to try and help
After listening to your video, seems to be all short beeps. I will see if I can help determine the cause after you tell us the make and model.

Here is the list of beep codes for Dell, which may help.
    Computer POST and beep codes
To me it sounds like continuous beeps, which is not listed for Dell. You may be able to determine if there is a specific number of beeps, short pause then a start over

    I have a Dell xps 420, too

Four 'Beeps' indicate a memory issue, try opening the case, remove and reinstall all the modules and see if this makes a differenc

The generic continous beep code indicates short, or damaged power cord

Check also that you don't have a sticking key on your keyboard ...
