Problems with TV card

I have installed Win 7 Ultimate 64bit and then my problems started. Win 7 can't recgonize my TV card. It's a DVB-T TerraTec Cinergy HT PCI card which was normally working on Win XP Pro 32 bit. I have downloaded and installed the latest drivers from TerraTec's webpage. The computer is still not able to recgonize and runn the TV card. Card is in device manager butt under other devices and isn't running. I have tried forced install of drivers throguh Device Manager and TV card is still inactive. After starting the program TerraTec Home Cinema there is a message that there is no tv signal.

Please help...

P.S. Sory about my grammar!

Install the driver using device manager by right clicking on the card, update driver software, browse, let me pick, have disk, browse. Now find the .inf and double or single click on it. Hit ok.

If no help, right click on card, choose properties. Details tab. Change dropdown to hardware ids. Copy and paste results to here. We will find the correct driver for you.
