    mouse scrolls slow going down but fast going up


    When I try to copy a long text either in Firefox or in a document, (holding left button down) I scroll the mouse down from the top and it takes about 6 seconds. But when I start at the bottom and scroll up, it takes less than a second.

    It just started an hour ago. No new programs added or downloaded.

    I had this problem about a year ago but it went away.

    Any ideas?

Opera scrolls too fast

In Opera, webpages scroll too fast. But in IE9 and FF4, it scrolls the same normal speed. How do I change the scroll speed in opera only?
I have the newest version of itunes installed and it scrolls slow and jumpy in the itunes store. It scrolls fine through my library. Does anyone know why and how to fix this? Thanks
