    Hello JP,

You could use the free MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition to do so. :)

It looks like you already have 4 Primary partitions, you have to make C a Logical partition, but in your case you can`t. It has all the system and boot files so it has to stay Primary. Someone please confirm.

You would have to combine D, the 100 MB un allocated and E into 1 partition, then you`d have 3 primaries, then you could do what you want with C.

You could make D or E Logical, but you`d have to get the data off first, someone please confirm.

What is the purpose for another partition ?

You need to clear some things off D and E you don`t use.

Brink`s suggestion is good, but it`s much safer to make and use the Boot CD to work on the partitions.

    Hi, JP,
In your case, you could use MiniTool Partition Wizard to resize your partition.
Shrink C drive to release some unallocated space, then add the space into other partition which you want. In AddRAM suggestion you'd better set your partition D and E to logical, that's right, but you need not to have your data off, MiniTool Partition WIzard support set primary partition to logical without data loss. Like what AddRAM said, you'd better do the operations under the boot mode.
In my opinion, you'd better upgrade your hard disk to a lager one, your data is too much.

I want to make a new partition of 100 GB from C drive, without losing data, and how to combine 100 mb unallocated space to D drive?

Can i make D drive logical without deleting data in drive? And if i make 6 partitions, does it affects computer speed?some one please confirm..
I have Easeus Partion master for information.Does it make partition logical without losing data?

    Hi, Jpchint

Add 500gb external disk or change into 1TB disk. Even shrink the some space from C:drive, it is too full for the disk capacity, which can affect the computer speed.
    PS:
Which tools can reduce the C: partition: Gparted, Partition Master and the partition tool mentioned in above posts.

I had done my partition successfully with easeus partition master under boot mode.

First i had done D drive as logical, then partitioned C drive into two of 97.7 Gb respectively. Then combined 100 mb,and other 97.7 gb unallocated space into one F partition....
