    Keypad Num Lock not locking

The keypad on my little Lenovo B590 has lost the ability to have the Numbers Lock (Num Lock) default to the on position when I first boot the computer which means to get the keypad to give me numbers, I first have to press the Num Lock key. I've looked all over the computer, including the UEFI, trying to find the setting that will make it default on. Any clue as to where I can find it?

Thanks but, alas, no cigar. That link refers to the Num Lock on-screen indicator icon. I'm talking about the physical keypad itself having the Num Lock off by default.

Ok, now I'm embarrassed. The silly Num Lock has decided to stay enabled. Don't ask me why. Since I'm a huge proponent of, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it", I'm declaring this "solved" (kinda sorta).

The thing that is weird is I didn't do anything before or after.

Ok, mayhap I fat fingered the Num Lock key and that is what caused the problem. The curious thing is it took several reboots before I could get it to boot up with Num Lock enabled.
