XMP is an Intel specification. I believe that AMD can use XMP RAM, you just use the AMD equivalent which is AMP.
It looks like you have AMP setting in your screenshot (just below highlighted).
Click on that and see if you can enable AMP.

I looked yesterday and you do not have AMP capability in your standard BIOS settings, so I am not sure that motherboard can take advantage of that specification at all.

That motherboard and it's BIOS are too old to even have the Ai Tweaker utility. That is where you could easily bump up the RAM speed. The BIOS setting you show only allow you to play with timings.

I would leave things be if I were you. You would need to do old-school overclocking to increase RAM speed. And old school was not easy. Not then, not now.

If you are determined you could post in the Overclocking forum here. See if there is an old Yoda that remembers how to do that.

From the manual that maxie linked to back on the first page,

Unable to fin the XMP profile on my BIOS..-memclock.jpg

Set the "memory clock mode"to manual, and then set it to 800 MHz. May also have to go to the "memory over voltage" setting and set that manually as well to whatever your RAM spec is (likely either 1.5V or 1.65V).
