Help, left click button isn't working

    Hi there,

I just got a new gaming mouse, an Anker 4000 DPI one from Amazon and i've been having this problem for the week i've had this and it's that the left mouse button doesn't like to work. I've tried doing most things like checking if Click Lock has been turned on, re-installing drivers and doing that power management thing in the USB Root Hub in Device Manager. I've tried the mouse on my dads laptop and no problems at all.

    Any idea?
    Thanks

    Hi there,

I did both, i uninstalled it several times in device manager and re-installed the actual driver to change the functions on the mouse. I've emailed Anker, yes.

Have you Uninstalled any other Microsoft drivers or Software which are related to a Mouse ? ...

Does the Software Utility show in Programs and Features ?

Would also suggest you Post on Anker Forum ...

Yes i have. The software for it shows in Programs and Features. And i've uninstalled it several times in Device Manager. It comes under HID Compliant Device.

I don't think there is an Anker forum
