realtek RTL8139/810x wireless?

Hello guys, maybe i have such a stupid question, but i have to ask. Is realtek RTL8139/810x wireless? My last network card crashed and caused BSOD`s, co i got new card from a friend, and i dont know if its wireless.

Hello, i add second NIC in PC and cannot setup him. Driver successful installed but in device manager mark for that NIC is yellow. On device status i got message: "this device cannot start. (Code 10). I search over internet but nothing found. Please help!
