Flashing Afterglow headset, no clue why? Does anyone know?

If a moderator could make sure this goes to the right topic section, that'd be great, as I don't know if this applies here.

I own a Afterglow wired headset that works for consoles and PC. When the USB is plugged in, it's supposed to just stay glowing blue. However, it started doing something randomly while plugged into my PC that I've never seen before. The sounds till came through perfectly fine as well. I have a link to a youtube video to show what I mean.
