What does disk manager say about it does it say raw? If its raw its lost the parition table and you will need specifuc parition recover free software. If you have another pc try on that to confirm its the drive not usb port or cable

Somebody in here has a copy of the last free Minitool Partition Wizard and/or Data Recovery program, which you might need to use a second computer to download and finally make a DVD and a USB boot to hopefully fix that partition.

There are two kinds of disk problems: Logical and Hardware
    Logical can be fixed.
    Hardware can't be fixed.

Anyway, don't try to fix it. There are very good people here to help you.
