W7 wakes up on mouse movement
W7 Professional 64 bit; HP DV6 Envy 7331SA (3xUSB3; 1x USB2); Logitec Anywhere M3 cordless mouse.
Device Manager->Mouse (3 entries) Power management->Allow to wake up all unticked.
Device Manager->USB Root Hub (2 entries) Power Management-> Allow to wake up all unticked
Device Manager->Generic USB Hub (2 entries) Power Management-> Allow to wake up all unticked
Dive Manager No other USB entries have a power management tab.
Any movement of the mouse or removing the USB radio connector causes the PC to wake up.
Powercfg /lastwake identifies USB Root Hub as culprit.
If I plug the receiver into USB3 port, powercfg /lastwake identifies USB 3 eXtensible host controller as the culprit
Reboot (because I noticed Allow to wake up for the mouse had become ticked and I have no recollection of doing it)
Into standby and moving the mouse wakes up the computer.
So, please, how do I stop the mouse form waking up the computer!
TFAI
PS I can't find anything about wakeup in the BIOS.
