computer dosnt start anymore, after cpu upgrade

I upgraded my cpu to i7-3770K lga1155 and added new cpu fan nh-d14.
Computer case is nexus promient 5 silend midi tower.
    Motherboard is asus p8h67-m le.
All my pc spects are listed at "My System Specs".

Not sure if problem is in f_panel since i get green light for sec. and fans start to move but then power goes off. I placed everything back to motherboard as it was before but now i dont know what is wrong after 4h. And as in manual has.

Can someone help me in this problem?

Member TVeblen’s method for a no start PC:

Strip it down and then add components back, one at a time, to try and isolate the offending component.

The test (power off, power cord unplugged):

    • Disconnect everything externally connected except the mouse and keyboard (printers, USB devices). If you are not using a wired mouse and keyboard see if you can borrow one.

    • Disconnect the power and data cables from all the drives inside the computer (Hard drives, DVD/CD drives).

    • Remove all the cards installed in the PCI slots including the video card.

    • Remove all the RAM sticks (same rules as above).
Now connect the power cord and turn the PC on.

    • The motherboard should start beeping. You should get a beep code that tells you there is no memory. This is good, it means the processor is functioning and the motherboard is good so far.

    • Now add one stick of memory in Slot A1 and power on. More beeping: "no video card" beep code. This is good.

    • Then add the video card and connect it to the monitor. You should get no beeping and you should see the BIOS screens, ending with the message that there is no boot device.

If you get no video then switch the one memory stick installed for another one and test.

Continue adding components one at a time.

If at any point the PC fails, the last component added was the problem one.

If you removed everything and there is only the Motherboard (with integrated video), processor, and power supply to contend with and it does not POST or show anything on the screen, then the problem is one of those three.

If you have tested by using another power supply then you are down to two. CPUs rarely fail, so motherboard is the most likely guess.

Try performing a CLRTC or Clear CMOS as a last ditch effort, and check the 3v battery. Both long shots, but what do you have to lose at this point.

Addition: as a last resort, do the above tests out of the case, with the components on a non-conductive tabletop (such as cardboard or wood), to eliminate the possibility of an electrical short in the case.

I only get dram_led a red light for sec and then everything stops. Psu seems to work since i get its fan to spin for sec..
Also i forgot to ask. my power_led cable is 3-pin(middle is empty) but manual shows only 2pin one, how do i add it to motherboard? Im no longer sure how i got it work before.

    EDIT
Oke after few hours i ended up removing nh-d14 and installed intel defaul cpu fan.. i only have cpu and its fan and f panel, but i get motherboard green light and when i press power on i get dram_led red light when i press power on and fans start to move for sec and then all is off only motherboard green light is on..

Any guide what should i now do?

    EDIT
Thx for help, but its seems that my computer dosnt follow the guides which im been given. I removed all but cpu but still i get motherboard green light when power is plugged in and few sec red light from motherboard when i switch power on and then computer power goes off and thats. Psu fan starts to spin and its all i get for some reason.
I guess ill take it to store and they can fix it, in the end ill have to pay unnecessary cost, which i didnt want to do.

Ignatzatsonic thx for giving guidelines for me.
