How does this look? Any Suggestions?

I am thinking about getting a few new computer parts, well hell im pretty much rebuilding it completly, its time. Let me know if you have any suggestions. I dont really want to spend that much so if you have a cheeper sugestion that costs about the same or will give better performance for close to same price. I also have a x64 os and want keep it that way. I am pretty new to the hardware side of computers, I have been spending much of my time working on the programming side over the last 3 years.

    Processor:
    AMD Socket AM3: X2 550 Black Edition
    Budget: $100-$150

    Motherboard:

    MOBO Suggestion

I have the Phenom XII 550 and went with the Gigabyte GA-M790X-UD4P. I did this because of the reports that all four cores of the processor could be unlocked with this board. Sure enough, by setting the BIOS Memory to Hybrid and Auto the computer booted and presto four cores. 3.1Ghz X 4 cores for a rock solid system @ $105.00 for the CPU + $89.00 for the MOBO.
I went with the Gigabyte HD4670 1Gig DDR3 for video.
    2 X 2gig OCZ Reaper DDR 2 800
I run Crysis, Fear 2, Frontlines Fuel of War,... Mostly maxed out without any hesitations or problems what-so-ever. For economy and performance I got the most for my money.

    I like AMD CPU's with Gigabyte MB's & ECS MB's :)

They seem to turn out as good working combinations.
