How To Assign Different Macro

Hello,

I got this Wireless 800 Microsoft keyboard and want to assign the Fn key with the windows minimize function instead. How do I do that? I tried looking for the Key Settings tab everywhere after downloading the driver for my keyboard but can't find it.

That layout doesn't include all the keys including the Fn one. Is there some update i'm missing maybe? I'm using the 1.4 version.
