Like I said, test each stick.

If one comes up bad, send them back. Get 1 of these 2 sets instead, you don`t seriously need 32 GB of memory do you ?

G.SKILL Trident X Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200) Desktop Memory Model F3-2400C10Q-16GTX - Newegg.com

CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model CMZ16GX3M4X1866C9R - Newegg.com

You can also do what I did, I bought 16 (2x8) when I built my rig, then 16 about a year later. I still only run 16 GB

I run them at 1866 MHz, no issues at all.

CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10 - Newegg.com

Just sent 2 of them back to Corsair, 1 was bad, they will send a brand new set, and they will just go in the drawer

I eventually want the GSkill set I linked.

Wow, the MSI 290x has 8 GB of ram on it ?

This it ?

MSI R9 290X GAMING 8G Radeon R9 290X 8GB 512-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support ATX Video Card - Newegg.com

If not post a link. MSI USA - Computer, Laptop, Notebook, Desktop, Mainboard, Graphics and more

You also have 2 AV in your specs, get rid of both of them, could be part of the problem. They are both garbage.

You only need MSE and MBAM
