how to install blue tooth head set

how can I install a blue tooth head set. i want to use it with speech recognition. What receives the signal from head set.
I have win7,Vista,Mac 10.5.6 OS

You will need a bluetooth USB plug. Did one come with the headset?

Thanks, No I found the head set, works with cell phone. not mine i don't have a cell, wife does. see if i can find one.
