No bass from skullcandy crushers headphones on PC

I have skullcandy crushers headphones and no bass is being output when using my laptop.
On the other hand it works fine on my iphone.

I actually had this problem before, If I remember correctly, I had installed some audio driver and managed to change some audio settings on my laptop and got it to work however there was a rattling noise when I'm NOT using the headphones. So I reinstalled my audio driver and the rattling noise went away. However I am now back to square 1 as I have no bass anymore on my headphones. Sound is also a bit lower now. So it's definitely some audio settings messed up on my laptop but not sure what's wrong.

These are the settings on my Dell audio panel.

Would love to get this fixed, thanks.

    Worth a shot

hey i know its a year too late but I recently experienced this problem with my skullcrushers. What i did was go to the dolby digital software that was installed on my Lenovo laptop by default and turned it off. The bass started working again. Dont know why it happened in the first place but that solved my problem.
