The CPU will cost around $200.00 by itself.

I would suggest you do your own shopping with what ever you can use in the Netherlands.

Just go AMD, they're cheaper. I sold my i5-4670k on eBay over the weekend for 130 and that's a two year old second hand CPU. You're not going to get a good Intel CPU plus a motherboard for that price range.

As far as I know, none of the i3 models can be overclocked to any extent worth mentioning.

That i5-3470 is not an overclocking processor either.

In your specs it says you have a 240W PSU. Is that correct?
