One thing I've learned with newer Desktops and Notebooks is that the BIOS does not support USB 3.0, have to wait until the OS loads and USB 3.0 drivers then load. Try different USB ports on the computer, all I've seen have at least 2 USB 2.0 ports and maybe 1 or 2 USB 3.0 ports.
Ive tried all the ports. The problem is with the "driver" inside the HDD
