Do you think that should change both before they start failing/dying?

Or would you recommend after having a look at the extended tests of both?

    Thanks.

Both drives seem to be in great shape. The WD is quite young. The Long test is the acid test, though. If it is clean, I would assume Dell picked up on the superficial errors, which now are corrected.

IAC, it is imperative to have a scheduled backup regimen. I use Aomei Backupper to do so. I also recommend taking an image of the whole drive, so that the system can be recovered, with updates, progs and tuning, should anything go wrong. This can be done with aomei as well.

Extended test looks good. Why did you abort first try? Remember, though, the Smart tests are not perfect. Have backups, and you needn't worry.

Thanks Paul for your expert reply, which I appreciate alot.

The Blue is about to complete the extended test.

So I don't need to replace them?

    Screen shots for your thoughts.

    Thanks again.
