Windows 7 - SSD is unallocated?

Hello everyone, im in a pickle.i just installed a second SSD to my system, in my computer i dont see it. i went to disk management and it shows

As it says, you have to initialize that SSD and then define a partition with a drive letter. Then it will show. Make sure the partition is aligned.

what do you mean by align the partition.

All new drives will ask you to initialize it, just pay attention to the screen and you`ll be fine, you did a great job

i turned on my computer this morning and it said "bootmgr is missing", i put in the windows disk and did repair and that was fixed.

however when i go into "My Computer" i see the following
