Help with my new keyboard's email assigned key.

Hi.I'm new here. Before I begin I'd like to say I did about an hour's worth of research online for the solution to my problem and haven't come up with anything I could use.

I had just purchased the E-More® High Quality V60 Wireless (gaming) Keyboard Mouse Combos from Amazon.com and each F key has a function assigned to it.For example ,F9 takes me 'home' while F1 opens up my WMP.Now,F10 has an email icon on it but when I press it (along with Fn) nothing happens.

My question is simple:is there any way to fix this so that when I press Fn+F10 an email provider of my choice opens up?

I hope this hasn't been asked a million times or that at least it's been a looooong while since similar question has been posted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Sinerely ,

    Robert

    Hi welcome to the forum

Was their software that came with the keyboard? In the software should be something that assigns what keys do what.

This may sound a stupid question but do you have Outlook or an alternative email client installed?

I've been searching around for a manual or info from their website but they don't have one. The best I could find was this page which gives you a contact option. It would probably be best to contact E-More.

You're welcome. Sorry I couldn't give a more solid answer, I just couldn't find any useful info on the keyboard despite multiple searches.
