Hi

According to the log, only a single file seems to be corrupted.

Code:
604_neutral_GDR"
2015-05-14 21:16:49, Info CSI 000001ff [SR] Could not reproject corrupted file [ml:520{260},l:114{57}]"\??\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Diagnosis\DownloadedSettings"\[l:24{12}]"utc.app.json"; source file in store is also corrupted
That file is not an integral part of Windows and won't affect system operation. I suspect it is being corrupted by a recent Windows update. The details are discussed in this thread - Windows 7 update (KB3022345) causing corrupt files
