Hello and welcome chinksankit mate I am having difficulty in understanding just what is happening as this has been redirected from another thread. So please a quick explanation of what you are trying to do with this drive.
Try running this Free Partition Manager for Window PC | MiniTool Partition Wizard Free Edition and see what comes up in the Partition Wizard screen.

Hello chinksankit and I am sorry you are having this problem!

So, to check if I am getting this right, you have an external WD My Passport 1TB hard drive and it has stopped being shown in My Computer, meaning it's prompting you to initialize it, but I suppose there is data on the drive that you need?

Which My Passport is this exactly and what were the circumstances under which it developed the issue?

Usually, this error would mean that the drive has had a partition table error or a corruption with the file system or many corrupted files on it. These would be reasons to make it stop working and accessed.

You could try using in cmd the command sfc /scannow, here's some more information on it from the Microsoft Support page:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...?wa=wsignin1.0

Also, you could try fixing the master boot record, if the drive was initialized in MBR, this sevenforums tutorial would show you how:

MBR - Restore Windows 7 Master Boot Record

Good luck and post back! :)
