How do I hide a hard drive but still have easy access?

I've read the guides where you have to go through the trouble of unhiding it. I still want to be able to access it by hotkey. Is this possible?

I don't know how you can hide a drive but...
You can mount that drive to a folder and it won't show in explorer. You can then hide the folder if you like. No idea if you can hide a drive from disk management though.

What I have done is disable my 2nd HD via Device Manager; but I have to re-enable it from there too. 5-6 mouses clicks to disable, 5-6 mouse clicks to re-enable; I don't know any faster way to hide a HD, then unhide it.

I did it this way. Had to go through the trouble of linking folders, but it seems to work as I wanted.

Replacing the hard drive with an SSD - easy?
Got an 128 GB SSD last night. Did a backup on the hard drive. Need to revisit the instructions, but it's install the SSD, put the boot CD in, plug the old hard drive in an USB port and let the process go. That easy? Will Microsoft be asking for activation on Win 7 and/or Office?

Hide 2nd Hard Drive
Hi Everyone, I've ordered a 2nd hard drive for storing backup images of my computer on and some work documents etc. It's a SATA internal drive. I was wondering if I could make it only visible to my login and hide it from other users on my computer so that they cannot access it? Simon
