Can you help me identify this chipset?

I need some help to identify my chipset
This is a NOTEBOOK
Model is HP Compaq 6720s

What I got so far:
- I browsed the driver DVD that came with the notebook. Looking inside the chipset folder, there was a readme file. Here is the header.

Device manager identifies the graphics card as Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family
That's all I know. Please help me identify the proper model so I can download new drivers for Windows 7
I also need drivers for the SATA controller but given that we will know the chipset we should be able to locate that too

The driver DVD has drivers for Vista ONLY. This is a notebook from 2008 and Windows 7 wasn't a thing then. Unfortunately, they never pushed updates and officially, it doesn't even support Windows 7 (says HP). If you look up Compaq 6720s on HP.com you'll see they only provide drivers for XP and Vista, not for 7... (I phoned in and they actually said Windows 7 is not supported and if I install it anyway performance would be bad)

I need Windows 7 drivers so I can try that
