    Resize hard Drive

My hard drive has two partitions, C for Windows 7 and F for Data. The Windows 7 drive has only 23 GB left on it while the Data drive has 400+ GB/ I want to add some space to the Windows 7 drive. Do I shrink the F drive and then extend the C drive using the disc management tools in Windows 7 or is there a better way? Thanks.

Is the free edition good enough for my purposes?

You just click on products and the list of all of them appear.

Best Free Partition Manager for Windows | MiniTool Partition Free

Of course the free version is fine. :)
