WINDOWS 7 x64 Devices and Printers Hangs

Ok, so ive been googling this for the past week and for the life of me I cannot figure it out.

I have 2 printers. One is an Oki Data Microline 320 Parallel Printer hooked up with a USB to Parallel adapter. The other is a Brother MFC-8640DN hooked up to another computer and then shared over a network. The oki has been hooked up and apparantly was working fine until I removed some programs and added the Brother.

I turned on the Bluetooth Support Service and set it to auto even though the computer has no bluetooth device hooked to it to communicate with other devices.

After doing various things to the computer ill have it start working and ill think its ok, however a day will go by and then it is not working again.

Removing both printers will still cause it to hang. There is nothing in the printer que for any of them either. It will work when i go in and remove the printers as well as the usb parallel adapter device occasionally. Otherwise it hangs and will not work. Im not sure why it will work when i remove all the devices and reinstall but then after a day its hanging again.

Basically it works after i remove them and reinstall them but the next day it will hang again. Windows defender is installed, quickbooks is also on it and a few other programs that run. However im not sure what other software would be interfering with the printer spooler.

Also there is a device that cannot start. Its a Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter. However i googled it and apparantly that has something to do with tunnelling ipv4 to ipv6 so getting that working didnt seem like it would resolve my issue.
