    AMD FX8350 Overheating while gaming

I've been having this issue since I built this PC. The CPU gets overheated when I play games continuously for like more than half an hour. It reaches way upto 75*C. It really started concerning me when I noticed it today going way over 80*C.

Coretemp and Speccy shows temparature range around 65*-71* but in BIOS, It shows 75*C.
And I have checked the thermal paste and the heat sink. Everything is seated properly. Now I have disabled the "AMD turbo core technology" in BIOS, But it still goes upto 75*C.
Please help me sort this out.

    This is my CPU configurations:
    CPU : AMD FX8350
    RAM: Corsair 8GB x 2 = 16GB
    OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
    Video Card: AMD Radeon R9 270x 2GB
    Motherboard: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0

    Thank you

It shouldn't be that high when idle even with stock cooler. Either there is a problem with contact to heatsink or motherboard measuring the CPU temp wrong. Waiting for experienced builders' comments.

Tried loading optimized defaults? Is the fan spinning?

Sorry, I have a correction. I check just now that I'm not running the stock cooler (sorry, my brother fitted it up for me).
The one I've fixed is from Cooler Master, I dont know which model is this but this it :

Maybe thats the one which came in the box.

Is it a lower grade cooler? Do I need to upgrade it?

This is the condition of the computer at normal load:

(This snap was taken 15 minutes after the stress test)

For full load condition, I ran a inter burn test at very high stress level. These are the results:

    Please help me out :)

    Ok, I notice 2 things:
    - your ambient temp seems high (motherboard is 47C as well). What's the temp in your room?
    - cpu fan rpm at 6000 doesn't look realistic.

You didn't answer these: Tried loading optimized defaults in BIOS? Is the fan spinning?

You need to upgrade that cooler. It's obviously too small to handle the FX-8350 under load in your climate, or else the fan isn't spinning fast enough. Is the fan loud? With the processor at 75C, you should hear that CPU fan whine like a jet plane taking off. Do you have a low speed fan profile set in BIOS? Like the ASUS Q-Fan setting set to silent on the CPU? If so, disable it and let the fan run as normal.

In any case, I would look at something like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO at a minimum. One of these, or similar will greatly help your temps. I would not suggest any gaming until you get a new cooler or get the BIOS setting right.

Here's the spec on the Hyper 212 EVO:

The temp of the room is quite warm though, I live in India, temp is quite high here.
I dont know I dont have any idea about the cooling unit, i think its the one that comes with the box in my country. Its from cooler master though.

Yes, The CPU is with optimized defaults with C1E disabled. And the fan is running.

I can hear the fan running, but not much sound as you described :P but it is very audiable.

Asus Q-fan settings was set to normal. I changed it to turbo mode.

Shall I just go for the Hyper 212 evo or is there anything better than that?

There is always something better, it all depends on your budget. People will recommend a cooler if you give a number.
