Where do I plug this thing into?

Hi

There's a good offer for this one, I'm thinking about buying it... I have a desktop PC. My PCI-E slot is free (I use the integrated graphics) but I suppose that port is for graphics cards... But this card is noted to be "Mini PCIE MSATA". It is clearly not SATA. I'm not sure about MSATA, I don't have it. Those flat gold pins seems to fit into the PCI-E port but what for...? Would it work?

Type is Sandisk SSD U100 32GB msata mini PCI-E SSD, Sdsa5FK-032G

I believe you would need an MSATA to PCIe adapter.

Yeah. I don't think you can plug that connector directly into a PCIe port without causing some damage.

Hello all I could really tell a long story here of all the issues I have been dealing with and could provide if requested, but to make this a bit shorter, can we now not just plug and unplug a USB 3.0 drive like we used to with 2.0? All in all I seem to have really screwed up the...

Greatest thing so far with 7
I have the realtek 7.1 surround sound chipset. On XP and Vista it was always a p.i.t.a to set up. Install driver, re install driver and hunt for the right checkmark to select. I installed 7 the other day and sound worked great right out of the box. :D
