    240GB Fat32 Drive

I have a Maxtor Portable drive 240GB and it can only be formatted to NTFS or exFat through windows. I know for a fact i can format it to fat32 through command prompt.

The only reason i want it fat32 is to put movies and other vids on it so the xbox and wii can see it. So will i run into any problems with that? All movies are under 3Gb. Will it slow the transfer speed of the drive either?
