Z97 Deluxe BIOS freezes from OS restart?

Hey all! I'm about at wits end with this computer. Lol. Recently, I noticed that when I restart the computer from the OS and I press either the F2 or DEL keys in an attempt to enter the bios, it will freeze, with everything labeled n/a and the cursor stuck in the middle of the screen.

It pretty much forces me to press the physical reset button in order to restart the computer from this state. However, I noticed that this freeze doesn't happen when I attempt to go into the bios from a cold boot.

Because of this issue, I think I'm going to have to return this computer so they can switch out the MOBO. I'm guessing this is probably a Z97 issue..... enough to drive me insane and just go without another manufacturer.

What do you think could cause this issue? Or if you were me, would you return this?

Nope. No overclocking or anything. Everything is stock. I'm trying to be very personable to the place I bought it from... but the thought of sending this rig back and fourth makes me cringe.... I mean... should I have gotten a MSI or something?

No ASUS has some good stuff can't say much good about the z97 except it seems on sell and very cheap :/
If you do send it back I would either go x99 or z87
Sabertooths are great in either version

Heck post a msconfig startup and services = excluding M$ stuff in services
Also a disk management screen shot to see how the install is.

Is there a way to get you like a batch list or something? Because if I just print screen it, some services will be left out.

I believe I may have found the issue. Apparently, there's a huge issue with the Corsair Gaming AND the Razor gaming keyboards when attempting to boot into the BIOS. I have a Corsair keyboard.... and I've tried just about everything.... I then unplugged the gaming keyboard.... used an older keyboard.... and the problem went away!

Moving the "BIOS" switch doesn't make the problem go away.

    Hi,
Those are 2 items not listed in your system spec's exact model keyboard and mouse

Startup should be 1 screen shot if it's more you should review the items and uncheck start with windows inside the programs settings.
Services as long as you remember to check the box on the bottom left to Hide M$ services should only be 2 screen shots.
