Nope. It's not the mouse itself.

Well it's still happening. Every time I turn on my PC, I can't click on anything except icons on the desktop. I'm running Malwarebytes right now. If I say, run a game from my Desktop, then close the game, I'm able to click on the Start Menu and items on the bar. I've never had this happen to me before. And I've barely had this PC for 2 months. When I first had access to the PC, the PC was so riddled with adware/malware, the PC was incredibly slow even though the CPU has 3.20MHz.

Edit: Forgot to mention, I also had to format the HDD when I first had it because it was so riddled with adware/malware.

Have you tried another System Restore?

Also run Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

The same one you used previously?

And you didn't answer Windows Update question. If this is due to an update, it may have slipped back in if it is auto.

Control Panel - Windows Update - Change Settings - what does it say under "Important Updates"?

I haven't checked Restore again because there was only 1 restore point, and it was only a day before it started happening.

I have my Windows Updates set to tell me about them, but not install them.

As for updates, it only has one in Important for Windows Defender (And this program doesn't do jack diddly to even stop programs from accessing the internet, the useless POS).

A day before started happening is good enough. But we have to keep it like that, how is the MBAM scan going?

Sorry, what I meant to say is it started the same day as the Restore Point. So going back to it didnt change the problem.
